This is an website for Documents and Solutions for the flatmates living in various flats in Bruntsfield. Each flat has it’s own page and it is password protected. If you can’t remember the password ask a flatmate.
There is a lead flatmate(s) in each flat – they are the first port of call if there is a problem, and they are reimbursed a small sum to oversee the flat and solve any problems as per the documents on this website.
If you are moving into a flat please download a copy of the lease which is in PDF (83 pages each). There are 8 fields to fill in. Once they are filled save and send a copy to me and I will validate the lease and send you a saved copy.
